Extremely not reliable! Every time I try to use this app it's a gamble whether it will work. I usually can't log in due to "Service currently not available", "Oops, your session has expired" then I try to log in again and I get the same result. Not to mention It's extremely annoying to manually add your details every time you try to login. I'll rate two stars simply because sometimes I manage to pay my bill in it...instead of going to the office where the staff always try to sell me something😑
Новото приложение е по лошо от старото като дизайн . От друга страна работи и по зле
Приложението постоянно забива, дава грешки. Оправете си бъговете, достатъчно пари взимат IT-ата, за да няма кофти ситуации!!!
Препратките към сайта не се отварят от първият път а някои и не работят. Новият ярко зелен цвят е доста неприятен и не контрастира добре с шрифта, слива се. Все пак става за да провериш колко мб и минути си изразходвал.

Пълен боклук
Приложението е много зле и е по-бъгаво от сайта им даже (направо съм шокирана как компания която така се величае има бъгав уебсайт и няма QA). Не бих го сложила на телефона си дори за неограничените им МВ при инсталация.
Не мога да си платя сметката защото не дава технологично време за да получа, отворя и препиша паролата за сигурност. В същото време искам да сигнализирам чрез приложението за този проблем. Изписва, че след секунди ще зареди анкета за мнението ми за приложението, но това така и не става.
За нищо не става, при опит за генериране на код линкът пристига в пощата след денонощие, когато валидността му отдавна е изтекла ... но тарикатите от Yettel си прибират парите за смс ...
